Job Summary
We are a Sino-Sri Lankan joint venture operating a modern warehouse in Sri Lanka. We are hiring female-focused Warehouse Operators to handle WMS-based warehouse operations, including picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processing. The role also involves managing return information on e-commerce platforms, coordinating with suppliers regarding return progress, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This is a system-driven role rather than pure manual labor.
Key Responsibilities
Follow WMS system orders to pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately Receive, inspect, and process returned items into the warehouse Update and synchronize return information on e-commerce platforms Communicate with suppliers regarding return status and related issues Perform scanning, labeling, loading, and unloading operations Maintain accurate records of all warehouse and returns activitiesRequirements
Female candidates preferred Basic English communication skills Willingness to learn and use a Chinese WMS system Able to follow system instructions accurately Energetic, responsible, and detail-oriented Experience with warehouse operations, packing, and returns processing is a plus Able to coordinate with suppliers and platforms effectively Computer literacy Through, alert and detail- oriented Strong work ethics Work in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & Work Conditions
