Job Description
We are looking for a talented and creative Part-Time Video Editor to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent storytelling skills, and experience in editing high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and enhance video content for various digital platforms, ensuring high-quality output.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and transitions to improve video engagement.
- Trim, cut, and arrange footage to create compelling narratives.
- Optimize videos for different formats, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content team to align videos with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited content while maintaining creative excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with social media video trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with animation or graphic design.
- Basic knowledge of video production and camera work.
- Understanding of SEO for video content.
