Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor who can produce videos that match the style, pacing, and quality of the reference examples provided in our Google Drive.

Key Responsibilities

Edit engaging, high-retention videos with strong storytelling and pacing
Select and place relevant B-roll effectively
Create AI-generated B-roll using text-to-video and image-to-video tools
Design motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated captions
Use editing techniques such as punch-ins, mask reveals, speed ramps, match cuts, tracked graphics, and smooth transitions
Create review animations, counters, callouts, and visual diagrams
Handle sound design, music selection, audio mixing, and audio cleanup
Perform colour correction and maintain a consistent visual style
Ensure consistent branding and accurate product appearance
Develop strong hooks, creative angles, and performance-focused content

Required Skills

Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software
Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and performance-marketing content
Ability to closely study the reference videos available in the Google Drive and recreate a similar editing style
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and consistency
Ability to deliver professional-quality work and meet deadlines
