The Role
As a Student Coordinator, you are the bridge between students, faculty, and administration. Your mission is to ensure a smooth academic journey for our learners, from enrollment to graduation. You will be the primary point of contact for student support, academic tracking, and campus engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Student Support: Act as the primary advisor for student queries regarding schedules, courses, and academy policies.
  • Academic Monitoring: Track student attendance and performance, proactively reaching out to offer support where needed.
  • Liaison: Coordinate between students and faculty to resolve academic issues or scheduling conflicts.
  • Event Management: Organize orientations, workshops, and student engagement activities to build a vibrant campus community.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate student files and assist with the registration and enrollment process.

  • Empathetic: You have a genuine passion for helping students succeed and can navigate sensitive situations with care.
  • Problem-Solver: You are quick on your feet and can find creative solutions to logistical or academic hurdles.
  • Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal skills are essential for presenting info to groups and individuals.
  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in maintaining organized records and hitting deadlines.
  • Qualified: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; experience in education administration or student services is a major plus.
