Senior Accountant – FMCG / Retail Operations

Chelsey Chicken & Agro (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing poultry retail and distribution company seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen and structure our finance operations.

This role requires experience in high-volume FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments with strong inventory and cost control exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales accounting and transaction recording

Monitor inventory reconciliation and stock movement

Perform cost per kg analysis and margin monitoring

Manage credit control and outstanding balances

Monitor cash flow and daily retail collections

Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards

Implement financial controls and reduce leakages

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years accounting experience in FMCG / Retail / Manufacturing / Distribution

Strong inventory and stock reconciliation experience

Experience handling high-volume daily transactions

Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, reporting, analysis)

Experience with accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally, ERP)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
