Cravings Bake House is a new bakery and fast-food outlet with a clear vision for growth. In the near future, we will be a franchised outlet of a well-established bakery and fast-food brand, bringing even greater variety and quality to our customers.
Although we are starting as a small team, we are building for the future and looking for the right people to grow with us.
VACANCIES – 3 POSITIONS
Sales Staff & Cashier
We are looking for 3 enthusiastic, friendly and responsible individuals to join our team.
The selected staff will be responsible for both sales and cashier duties, including:
- Serving and assisting customers
- Handling cash and payments
- Operating the cashier/POS
- Packing and handing over customer orders
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the shop
- Supporting day-to-day shop operations
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age: 18 years
G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification
Located near Piliyandala Town
Friendly and customer-oriented
Honest and responsible
Energetic and hardworking
Willing to learn and work as part of a team
Able to handle both sales and cashier responsibilities
BENEFITS & LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
First 5 Months – Training Period
Rs. 35,000 monthly allowance
After Training Period
Rs. 60,000 monthly wage, including overtime
During the training period, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable practical skills, including:
Operating a POS and cashier system
Customer service and communication skills
Cash handling and payment processing
Basic stock handling and inventory management
Teamwork and day-to-day outlet operations
Handling customer inquiries and resolving basic customer issues
An opportunity to learn, gain valuable work experience and grow with the business.
