What we’re looking for:
*Good English communication skills
*Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
*Experience in cashiering and handling POS machines
*Passion for creating excellent customer experiences
*Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist customers and guide them through product selections
*Handle cashiering duties and process payments using POS systems
*Manage daily shop operations and support inventory control
*Organize flower displays and maintain shop appearance
*Handle customer orders efficiently
*Support the team to ensure smooth shop operations
*Remuneration & Other Details:
*Monthly remuneration starting from LKR 75,000
*Location: Colombo 01–10
*Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Roster-based)
