About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to develop and expand our Industrial Valves & Valve Automation business in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving market growth, building strong B2B relationships, and converting business opportunities into successful sales.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
A specialization or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Marketing/Business Administration will be considered an added advantage.
Core Role & Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow the Sri Lankan industrial valve market.
Identify new customers, distributors, and EPC partners.
Visit customers to understand their technical and operational needs.
Coordinate closely with technical teams and manage quotations.
Generate new inquiries and convert business opportunities into orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential client accounts.
Candidate Profile
Local Preference: Sri Lankan local candidate preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in industrial valves / automation.
Domain Expertise: Strong B2B sales and marketing background.
Industry Connections: Existing network in Sri Lanka's process industries.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience or exposure in the following areas will be preferred:
Experience in valve manufacturing / distribution.
Knowledge of flow-control and EPC companies.
Prior exposure to industrial equipment suppliers.
