Job Title: Manufacturing & Technical Consultant – Charcoal & Activated Carbon Production
Engagement Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Consultant (Flexible)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing and technical expert to support the production of charcoal and activated carbon. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of production processes, machinery, and engineering practices related to carbonization and activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize charcoal and activated carbon production processes
- Provide technical guidance on machinery selection, installation, and maintenance
- Improve production efficiency, yield, and product quality
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support plant setup, commissioning, and scale-up (if required)
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Production Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in charcoal, carbonization, or activated carbon manufacturing
- Strong understanding of kilns, furnaces, activation systems, and material handling equipment
- Knowledge of process optimization and industrial production systems
- Hands-on problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with plant commissioning or capacity expansion
- Familiarity with quality control and testing of activated carbon
- Knowledge of environmental compliance and emissions control
