ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES for Manager Press Department

Plan and Control production quality and quantity from press &Five layer drier

Build and implement of press & drier preventive maintenance schedule

Arrange spare parts according to press & Five layer drier machinery

Manage the duty schedule of labor

Troubleshoot and controlling of press & Five layer drier problems

Guide and counsel with press team

Train and develop of press team.

To ensure cleaning the department area via department workers

To motivate press team to achieve given production targets

Ensures the press production parameters

To ensure that consumption of materials, energy and other inputs are within budgetary targets

To recommend/suggest economical solutions of the problems by taking the rational utilization of man, material and machinery into consideration to improve the efficiency of the department.

Any other work assigned by Manager / Management.
