Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Glaze Preparation Department
• Ensures glaze production quality with handsome quantity
• Manage Shift from glaze manpower
• To maintain glaze preparation machinery and equipment.
• Arrange spare parts according to glaze preparation machinery
• Timely inform the Chinese manager/production manager about glaze preparation issue.
• Ensures glaze preparation related issues resolve weekly and monthly basis.
• To manage weekly and monthly maintenance.
• Shift the glaze to glaze line department on time
• Check and control glaze preparation production standards and parameters
• To ensure cleaning the department area via department workers
• To ensure that consumption of materials, energy and other inputs are within budgetary targets
• To recommend/suggest economical solutions of the problems by taking the rational utilization of man, material and machinery into consideration to improve the efficiency of the department.
• Any other work assigned by Manager / Management.
