About AlpenVista GmbH
AlpenVista GmbH is a Germany-based tourism advertising agency specializing in digital storytelling, social media marketing, and destination branding.
As we expand our projects in Sri Lanka, we are looking for a motivated, camera-confident individual to support our tourism campaigns as a local model and brand promoter for hotels, experiences, and destinations.
Local Model & Brand Promoter (Tourism)
Location: Sri Lanka (On-site at locations + some remote coordination)
Work Type: Flexible / Part-Time / Freelance

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Lives in Sri Lanka
- Feels comfortable in front of a camera (photos & videos)
- Has a friendly and confident personality
- Is willing to learn how to pose, promote, and represent brands
- Is reliable, motivated, and curious
- Has an interest in tourism, lifestyle, fashion, or social media
- Enjoys being part of photo/video shoots and promotional activities
No diploma, degree, or prior work experience is needed.
Self-taught skills and natural talent are more valuable than certificates.
What You Will Do
You will support AlpenVista GmbH with on-site promotional and modeling work for tourism-related projects, including:
- Modeling for simple lifestyle photos and videos at hotels, cafés, beaches, and attractions
- Participating in photo/video shoots for social media, websites, and promotional materials
- Helping showcase local experiences (tours, stays, activities) in an authentic way
- Appearing in short video clips, reels, or stories (walking, smiling, enjoying locations, etc.)
- Supporting brand promotion during local events, fairs, or collaborations when needed
- Assisting with basic behind-the-scenes tasks (outfit prep, location coordination, etc.)
No professional modeling background is required — we provide guidance and direction during shoots.
Helpful Skills (Experience NOT required)
- Basic comfort with Instagram/TikTok
- Enjoys taking selfies or being photographed
- Ability to pose naturally and follow simple direction
- Friendly, open communication style
- Creativity and willingness to try new concepts
- Being organized, punctual, and dependable
- Bonus: Ability to speak multiple languages (Sinhala/Tamil/English)
You don’t need to be an expert.
We value willingness to learn and a positive attitude above everything else.
Requirements
- Must live in Sri Lanka
- Motivated, reliable, and ready to learn
- Comfortable being photographed/filmed
- Available for occasional travel to different locations within Sri Lanka (if needed)
- No previous experience required
- No formal education or certificates needed
