Lead Calling & Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a motivated individual for leads and support our marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads
- Speak with customers in English and Sinhala
- Qualify leads and book appointments
- Update CRM with notes from calls
- Assist with marketing tasks such as messaging, social media, and lead follow-ups
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (spoken and written)
- Confident speaking on phone calls
- Friendly and professional communication
- Basic knowledge of sales or marketing is a plus
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Colombo
Compensation: Monthly salary + performance bonus based on student registrations/ sales.
