Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of estate operations, including planting and crop care
- Support tea agronomy and manufacturing processes
- Plan and supervise labour operations efficiently
- Contribute to productivity and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in plantation or estate operations
- Knowledge of tea agronomy, estate operations, and manufacturing
- Strong leadership, planning, and labour management skills
- Age: Below 28 years
