Key Requirements
? Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
? Professional qualification in CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent.
? MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
? Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing Management, or FMCG Marketing.
? Strong understanding of consumer marketing, digital marketing, and business development.
? Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
? Ability to manage multiple brands and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies to strengthen market presence.
- Lead brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives and consumer engagement activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness.
