Job Description
An international company is looking for a person who loves numbers, dashboards, and making smart decisions based on data. We need someone who can give our CEO complete financial clarity—fast, accurate, and modern.
What You'll Do
- Handle monthly bookkeeping and financial closing
- Build and maintain financial dashboards (profitability, cashflow, budgets)
- Create and track KPIs for every department—weekly
- Forecast 12-month cashflow, P&L, and profit margins
- Track costs by department and find ways to save money
- Automate reports using Excel, Power BI, or other tools
- Manage VAT, compliance, and financial documentation
- Support the CEO in pricing decisions and business strategy
- Payroll handling and distribution
What You Must Have
- Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Experience creating KPIs and monitoring them
- Forecasting and budgeting experience
- Dashboard creation skills (Power BI or Google Data Studio is a bonus)
- Basic accounting knowledge (bookkeeping, VAT, reconciliation)
