Job Description

A computer shop located in Athurugiriya is looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible young woman to join our team as a Computer Shop Assistant.

PREFERRED LOCATION:

Applicants living in Athurugiriya, Malabe, Homagama, Kottawa or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service.

Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.

Assist customers with computer products, accessories and repair service inquiries.

Help with sales, billing and daily shop activities.

Maintain customer and repair records.

Keep the shop clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic computer knowledge and an interest in technology.

Good communication skills and a friendly personality.

Basic MS Word and Excel knowledge is an advantage.

Honest, punctual, responsible and willing to learn.

Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential.

School leavers are welcome to apply.

SALARY:

Basic salary: Rs. 35,000 per month.

Additional commission based on sales and performance.

WORK LOCATION:

Athurugiriya, Colombo District.
