Job Description

We’re Hiring: ERP Sales & Business Development Executive (Odoo ERP)

We’re looking for a self-driven, motivated individual who can take ownership of ERP sales—from finding customers to understanding their business needs and guiding them toward the right ERP solution.

What you’ll do
• Identify and approach potential clients interested in ERP solutions
• Present and sell Odoo ERP to businesses across different industries
• Understand client workflows and gather business requirements
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth handover
• Build long-term client relationships and grow accounts

What we’re looking for
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into ERP needs
• Experience in ERP, software sales, B2B sales, or consulting is a plus
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP is preferred (training can be provided)
• A self-starter who can work independently and meet targets
• Results-oriented mindset with a hunger to close deals
