Responsibilities:
• Prepare continental dishes and cold kitchen specialties.
• Ensure attractive food presentation.
• Maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
• Assist with menu preparation.
• Keep kitchen equipment and workstations clean.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Continental Chef or Cold Kitchen Chef.
• Knowledge of continental cuisine and food presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
