Key Requirements
? Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or related projects.
? Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering practices.
? Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
? Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
? Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
? Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering and construction projects.
- Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
