Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Call Quality Assurance Support Assistant to join our team.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate customer service calls to ensure quality standards are met
Provide feedback to agents to improve performance and customer experience
Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate records
Identify trends, errors, and areas for improvement
Support training and coaching initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
???? Requirements:
0 to 1 year of relevant experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
Good communication and listening skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to handle confidential information
Team player with a positive attitude
