Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager After Sales (Electric Vehicles 2Wheel and 3wheel Sector) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for electric vehicles, a deep understanding of after-sales processes, and the ability to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service post-purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the after-sales operations for electric vehicles, ensuring that all service and warranty processes are followed.
- Lead and support the customer service team and dealers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the service, parts, and technical teams to ensure the smooth handling of repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor service performance and KPIs, driving continuous improvements to meet company goals and customer expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, EV technology, and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in automobile, engineering, mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
- Field experience (minimum of 3 years) in maintenance, service, repair and warranty preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle sector.
- Must be able to visit our dealer points, workshops and warehouses.
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and technology.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for sustainable transportation and electric mobility.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (motor bike)
